Question: How do you set alarm. No matter what I do it won’t work. I got the time and turn it to beep but it just doesn’t go off?
Answer: I actually bought 2 and had no problem setting both of them. Not really sure where the problem might be other than the a.m and p.m may not be set right.

Question: Does this have a gradual beeping alarm? Meaning, do the beeps start quiet and then get louder?
Answer: No and it automatically shuts off after one minute if you do not hit snooze or shut off and does not go back off .

Question: Can I set it to use radio as the wake up alarm?
Answer: Yes. The alarms are separate and can both be set on the radio, both on a buzzer or one a buzzer and one the radio.

Question: Can you use the battery backup anytime?
Answer: Sorry I dont know – Actually I am a bit disappointed with the clock in that it is a bit complex to deal with – not sure why they couldn’t simplify it – ended up getting a different clock – much easier to use.

Love this little clock, perfect for my bed stand. When I first got it the alarm was going off at 2:07am, wasn’t sure how to turn it off so had to look at instructions. Other than that, love it! Will recommend to friends.

Great clock and alarm radio. We got it because of our new baby and wanted something to help us track the feeding times without too bright light. This is super convenient at the middle of the night. Perfect light and easy to use.
